What is Shoreline Focus On Fitness?
A fitness group that offers small group training, TRX , boot camps, and youth/teen fitness programs.
My main goal is to make getting and staying in shape FUN! The workouts are different every class, and incorporate bodyweight functional training, along with stability balls, medicine balls, dumbbells and kettlebells. Some of the formats are similar to P90X, Insanity and Crossfit and allow modifications based on your fitness level.
While working out in a small group atmosphere you get the benefits of a personal trainer on-site, along with the camaraderie of being a part of a team.
